01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ph66 and all users of the ph66 online gaming platform, including the website ph66.one and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the ph66 registration process, logging into your ph66 account, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the ph66 Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ph66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph66.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the ph66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph66, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph66 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

ph66 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of ph66 services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. ph66 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process transactions.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ph66 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph66 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph66 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account promptly. ph66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph66 account credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply to all ph66 account holders:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your ph66 account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your ph66 account and update it regularly.
• You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security.
• You must notify ph66 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ph66 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your ph66 account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified ph66 of a security breach in a timely manner.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ph66 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ph66 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

ph66 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed, and the account may be subject to review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. ph66 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but ph66 endeavors to process approved withdrawals promptly.

ph66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All ph66 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph66 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph66 accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph66 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable AML regulations. ph66 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ph66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible ph66 players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ph66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• ph66 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus abuse, or violated these Terms.
• Bonus validity periods apply. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire at the end of the stated validity period.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

ph66 offers a wide range of online casino games including live casino tables, slots, roulette, crash games, bingo, and sports betting. The following terms apply to all games available on the ph66 Platform:

7.1 Random Number Generation

All ph66 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Return-to-player percentages for ph66 slot games and other applicable games are published and available for review. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, ph66 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stakes to the players involved. ph66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ph66 cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sports popular among Filipino players. All sports betting is subject to ph66's specific sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering. ph66 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud ph66 or other players, including through the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the ph66 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the creation of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using the ph66 Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities. ph66 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and the AMLC.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the ph66 Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ph66 systems, other player accounts, or any part of the Platform not intended for your access.

09 Responsible Gaming

ph66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

9.1 Player Tools

All ph66 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph66 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph66 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of ph66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph66 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph66 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph66 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph66 software or technology.
• Use ph66 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ph66 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph66 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph66 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the ph66 Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond ph66's reasonable control.

ph66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph66 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ph66 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ph66.one/privacy-policy. By using the ph66 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph66 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph66 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ph66 may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine regulatory authorities in connection with their regulatory functions.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ph66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that ph66 reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, ph66 will process any remaining balance in your account in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to ph66 and any amounts subject to investigation or legal hold.

You may close your ph66 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph66 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph66 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph66 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
